L'adresse IP signifie adresse de protocole Internet ; il s'agit d'un numéro d'identification associé à un ordinateur ou à un réseau informatique spécifique. Lorsqu'ils sont connectés à Internet, l'adresse IP permet aux ordinateurs d'envoyer et de recevoir des informations.

    The fellowship aims to provide support to anyone who is interested in internet number policy to attend regional meetings.
  • Suis-je qualifié pour la bourse ?
    Yes, as long as you are interested in number policy. We are an equal organization which welcome people of all races, education, gender and class.
  • Suis-je éligible à la bourse si je ne suis pas basé à Hong Kong ?
    Yes, absolutely. The interview procedure is conducted through web/phone.
  • Je m'intéresse à la politique des numéros mais je n'ai aucune formation préalable en la matière. Suis-je toujours éligible ?
    Yes, one of the aims of the Foundation is to educate the public. You can contact us for some booklets regarding number policy.
  • Je viens d'Afrique mais j'aimerais vraiment assister aux réunions du RIR en dehors de l'Afrique. Est-ce que cela sera possible ?
    Yes, your request will be considered if you can provide us the reasons. The Internet is borderless and participation of Internet governance shall be not restricted by geographical factors.
  • J'ai ma propre position concernant la gouvernance de l'Internet. Vais-je m'intégrer ?
    Certainly. At Larus Foundation we respect and value different voices regarding Internet governance. We do not impose any stand or opinion upon our candidates and members.
  • J'aimerais vraiment assister à une réunion du RIR mais je n'ai pas assez de fonds pour le transport. Que dois-je faire ?
    Larus Foundation provides transportation and accommodation allowance for our candidates. Please apply on our website and we will get back to you once we have evaluated your application.
